Our 100% pure GM-free cold pressed canola oil is the only food-grade cold pressed canola oil produced in Tasmania and is grown, harvested and pressed right next to the Hill Farm Kitchen. To ensure clarity, amazing colour, firm even texture and rich unique flavours, the jellies are prepared in the traditional way: The whole fruit is cooked until very soft and then drained through cheesecloth. The extracted juice is then brought to the boil and sugar is added. As artificial pectin and setters are not used in our natural jellies, they should be kept away from heat and sunlight or they will melt. Our clear jellies are tart and sweet, and capture the distinctive tastes of natural fruits. Our fruits of choice are largely grown in Tasmania’s cool climate. To ensure clarity, amazing colour, firm even texture and rich unique flavours, the jellies are prepared in the traditional way: The whole fruit is cooked until very soft and then drained through cheesecloth. The extracted juice is then brought to the boil and sugar is added. As artificial pectin and setters are not used in our natural jellies, they should be kept away from heat and sunlight or they will melt. Use as a glaze for savoury or sweet dishes or as a colourful and flavoursome accompaniment to hot or cold meats.
As soon as payment for your order has been received, your delicious goodies will be packed securely in a box and sent using Australia Post Regular Delivery service. There may be short delays in sending your order if items are not in stock, however we will let you know when it has left the Hill Farm Kitchen. Please allow 5-7 working days for your package to arrive.
Every care is taken to ensure your order arrives in the condition it was packed. If something happens to your order in transit, please take photos as soon as you receive or open your package and email them to us immediately so that we can respond appropriately.
